Jobs Details
Name of Post: Junior Clerk in Lok Sabha Secretariat
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute. Preference will be given to the candidates having typing speed of 40 words per minute in English and Hindi.
Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2400
Advantageous: Certificate in Computer course recognized by AICTE or DOEACC

Selection Procedure
Eligible candidates will have to attend in written exam. Preliminary exam will have Part-A –General Knowledge & Current affairs and Part B will be General English. Total marks 50 + 50 (100), Time 50 minutes.
After getting qualified marks in written test next will be Descriptive written paper and typing speed.
It has two papers. Paper I Essay, Letter and Grammar 100 marks and exam time 2 hours, Paper II Typing test at 40 words per minute in English/Hindi 100 marks and exam time 10 minutes, Total 200 marks.

Interested and eligible candidates may apply in typewritten form for the clerk post, form can be in English or in Hindi and strictly from will be in prescribed format. Prescribed format can be downloaded from the official site www.loksabha.nic.in under the tab of Recruitment.

Application along with essential enclosures 2 self attested identical recent passport size photographs, educational copies of certificates and on envelope superscribing clearly the name of the post applied for that means Junior Clerk and also advt .no 5/2011.
