Name of Posts: Stenographer Grade III, Scale of Pay: Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- Educational Qualifications Age Limit and Relaxation
Candidates who completed a degree of Bachelor in Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent from a recognized university and having operating knowledge in computers (in MS Office). Candidates Age Limit for General Candidates 18 to 40 years, For SC/ST/OBC of Haryana candidates and In Services of Employees of 18 to 45 years. Age Relaxation is 5 years for the SC/ST/OBC candidates of Haryana.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected passing in typing speed of 80 wpm in English shorthand and 20wpm in transcription of the same on computer. Candidates have to qualify computer aptitude test on computer. Candidates qualify proficiency test (MS office) with 20 marks by securing 40% marks. Candidates who qualify shorthand test and computer aptitude test will call for interview. Selection list will be prepared on the basis of merit.
Examination Fee
Candidates have to pay application fee. For General category candidates have to pay Rs.500, For SC/ST/OBC/Ex-servicemen candidates Rs.125. For Reserved categories of other states application fee is Rs.500. The Fee is to be deposited in the Account of “Central Recruitment Agency, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigary” in the savings bank account number 65127897184 by way of NEFT (National Electronics Fund transfer
